Payslice E-Sign Consent and Payment Authorization

What this consent covers

By giving your consent, you agree that we may provide the following to you electronically, and that you may sign them electronically:

• our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and membership agreement, and any changes to them;
• your authorization for charges to your debit card, including the $1.00 activation fee and the $8.99 monthly membership fee;
• cash advance agreements, repayment authorizations and related disclosures, if you request an advance;
• receipts, account statements and transaction history;
• notices about failed or declined payments, changes to fees or terms, and your account or its security;
• any other disclosure or notice that the law requires us to give you in writing.

This consent applies to your Payslice account for as long as you have one, unless you withdraw it as described below.

Electronic signatures

When you click “Continue,” check a box, type your name, or take a similar action to accept an agreement or authorization, that action is your electronic signature. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state law.

Charges you authorize

By giving this consent, you authorize Payslice to charge the debit card you add to your account as follows:

• Activation fee: $1.00, one time. Charged when you add your debit card. This fee opens your account.
• Membership: $8.99 per month. Your first $8.99 is charged when you add your debit card, right after the $1.00 activation fee. After that, $8.99 is charged every month on your billing date until you cancel.

The $1.00 activation fee is separate from the $8.99 monthly membership fee.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your membership in the app under Manage membership, or by emailing support@payslice.com. Cancelling stops future membership charges. Prior charges are not retroactively refunded except as required by law or under our Terms of Service. The $1.00 activation fee is non-refundable.

Price changes. We will notify you in advance of any change to the membership price as required by law. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Declined payments. If a charge is declined, we will notify you, and you can update your card in the app.

How we deliver records

We will provide records by displaying them in the Payslice app or on our website, or by sending them to the email address on your account. A record is considered delivered when we display it to you or send it to that email address, whether or not you open it.

Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any record at no charge by emailing support@payslice.com with your name and mailing address. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing support@payslice.com or by deleting your account in the app. Please note:

• Payslice is provided only electronically. If you withdraw your consent, we will close your account and cancel your membership, and no further membership charges will be made.
• Withdrawal does not affect the validity of any record, signature or charge made before we receive it.
• Withdrawal does not cancel any amount you still owe, including any outstanding cash advance.
• Withdrawal takes effect within a reasonable time after we receive it.

Keeping your contact information current

You agree to keep the email address on your account current. You can update it in the app under Settings or by emailing support@payslice.com.

What you need to access records

• a computer, smartphone or tablet with an internet connection;
• a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge;
• an email account you can access;
• software that can open PDF files;
• enough storage to save records, or a printer to print them.

If these requirements change in a way that could prevent you from accessing or keeping your records, we will tell you, and you may withdraw your consent without any fee.

Your consent

By checking the box or clicking “Continue,” you confirm that:

• you have read this E-Sign Consent and Payment Authorization;
• your device meets the requirements above, and you can open and read this notice, which shows you can access records electronically;
• you agree to use electronic signatures and to receive records electronically;
• you authorize Payslice to charge your debit card a one-time $1.00 activation fee, and $8.99 per month for your membership, starting when you add your card and continuing every month until you cancel.
